DIGIPRINT PRIVACY
DIGIPRINT is committed to protect your personal and data privacy
("Data"). To ensure your confidence in supplying personal data
related to your identification when using our website, we provide this Privacy
Policy outlining our online information practices concerning how data is
collected and used.
This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we gather and what we do
with it. By using our website, you agree to the terms and policies described in
this Privacy Policy.
Information Collected on the Site
DIGIPRINT does not request or require any information from anonymous visitors
to the website. We collect information only from those users who wish to
conduct business transactions (i.e. buy or sell products or services) on the
website and who have registered on our website ("Registered Users").
We limit the collection and use of data to the specific information we need to
administer our business and offer you opportunities which may be of interest to
you.
We require certain information (such as name, company name, city, country,
e-mail address and telephone number) from Registered Users.
DIGIPRINT will deactivate accounts of registered users that have been inactive
for 6 months. An email will notify the member that his/her account is about to
expire due to inactivity, 15 days before it expires. Registered Users may
access and change their information at any time through the website.
PAYMENT POLICY
Credit Card and Deposit Accounts
All credit card payments and debit accounts payment facility shall be
subject to the terms and conditions of e-2-door, Digiprint’s recognized
partner for the internet payment facility.
Cash Payments
All cash payments accepted at LBC branches and Digiprint branches shall be the
responsibility of the parties mentioned.
RETURN POLICY
The shopper is given a 5-day window from date of shipment (or a 3-day
window from date of delivery) to request permission to return the product for
any of the following reasons:
1. Incorrect item shipped
2. Damaged or defective items (upon delivery)
A full refund for the price of the returned item will be issued which does not
include the shipping cost. All agreed refunds would be paid directly to the
customer's credit card, deposit account or cash refund. This will depend on
what method of payment was used to pay for the product.
For returns, email Digiprint at help@digiprint.com.ph. Digiprint will respond
via email within 48 hours and will provide the shopper with instructions on how
to send the returns back.
Return Exclusions
Digiprint shall reject returns for the following cases:
1. Damages due to misuse, abuse or negligence on the part of the customer
2. Change of mind or seconds thoughts about the purchase
3. Wrong product specifications ordered
Warranties
As a general rule, Digiprint will not service any warranty claims.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The shopper can cancel a transaction that is in "open" status.
Once the status is "in process" -- an item within the order has been
purchased -- the transaction can only be cancelled if Digiprint has not
processed the order. However, if Digiprint has processed your order, your
request shall be treated as a return. In the case of a return, Digiprint will
have to charge a Return Handling Fee, plus applicable taxes.
As a matter of policy, once a shopping cart has been submitted and confirmed or
a quotation accepted, Digiprint begins the transaction process. The shopper is
therefore encouraged to review all orders carefully before submission or

SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Time
To determine the total delivery time, the shopper needs to consider the
availability of the items being ordered as well as the shipping option
selected. The following information may be used in calculating the total
transit time:
Picture Prints
Approximate delivery time is within 48 hours
Gift Items
Approximate delivery time is between 3 to 5 days
In case of delivery delays, Digiprint will inform the shopper of delivery
backlogs or unforeseen delays. Digiprint will also advice the shopper on the
impact of the delay on the delivery lead-time.
Some Possible Causes Of Delivery Delays:
Digiprint tries its best to ship orders as quickly as possible. About 95% of
all orders are shipped and delivered on time. However, some delays may occur.
Listed below are the top reasons for delays to help customers understand the
process.
On Procurement
Stock Availability. Though Digiprint promises availability and delivery,
item may already be out-of-stock. Frequently occurs with online sales and
discounts.
Seasonal Volume
Online transactions consistently peak on holidays (e.g., Christmas, New
Year, etc). During this time, fulfillment of orders always suffers as online
retailers and transportation and logistic providers are swamped with business.
On Shipping
Flight Delay or Cancellation. Rescheduling due to weather or transport
mechanical problems are factors that contribute to backlogs in delivery that
are beyond the control of the business.
Misplaced Shipment
Loss orders due to mishandling or the accidental off-loading of cargo are
other likely causes of delivery delay. The extent of the delay depends on the
speed with which the loss items are recovered and the availability of the next
trip.
Equipment Breakdown
Delivery vehicles may breakdown during transport that may cause some delay
on final door delivery. The possible unavailability of backup alternatives can
complicate matters for Digiprint.
Availability
If the shopper orders more than one item within a purchase transaction,
Digiprint will make every effort to send similarly available items together,
though there will be no guarantees. This of course assumes that the shipping
method is the same across all items.
Instead of waiting until the entire order is ready for shipping, which may
delay the entire delivery, Digiprint will ship the items as they become
available at no extra cost. This will only occur if the ordered items have
widely different availabilities that go beyond the grace consolidation period
or the ordered items have different transport modes.
As a result, Digiprint may occasionally send ordered items within a purchase
transaction in separate boxes. This however will not affect existing shipping
charges.
Insurance
When using Digiprint, all orders are insured against loss or damage. The
cost of this insurance is included in your shipping and handling fee.
Shipping Restrictions
Digiprint shall have the right, and sole discretion, to modify the shipping
method with respect to the nature of the product (e.g., fragility, weight,
size). This right shall exist at all times, even after Digiprint has accepted
the shopper's purchase instructions. This change (and the corresponding
revision on charges) shall be subject to confirmation from the customer.
Product Restrictions
It is up to you, the consumer, to ensure that the products you are
intending to purchase may be lawfully purchased for personal use
Digiprint may not be able to provide delivery for products that may not be
lawfully transported, as well as products that may require formal approval or
special permits. These items and services include:
1. Hate Propaganda
2. Pornographic Materials
3. Copyrighted materials
Digiprint may, from time to time, change the list of restricted products. Any
such change may be done without prior notice. Digiprint shall have the right,
in its sole discretion, to refuse to provide the shopping fulfillment service
with respect to any product or quantity of product, or the purchase of products
from any customer.
Use of Cookies and Log Files
Sharing Albums
Members of DIGIPRINT On-line may share and unshare their albums to anyone at
any given time. This means that the member is authorizing DIGIPRINT to give
access or withdraw access to the person being shared to of his pictures. This
also means that the member is allowing the person being shared to to view,
copy, enhance, order copies, etc. the pictures shared to them.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of information about the user that a website can send
to your web browser which may then store it on your computer system. With the
use of cookies, we can better serve you when you return to our site. Most web
browsers automatically accept cookies, but if you prefer, you can edit your
browser options to block them in future.
Log Files
We may collect information regarding your IP address, browser type, domain
name and access time. This information is used for our own research purposes
and is separate from the Data.
Security
To maintain the accuracy of, as well as preventing from unauthorized access
and ensuring the correct use of the Data, we have carried out appropriate
physical, electronic and managerial measures to safeguard and secure the Data
we collect online.
To better protect the Data, certain areas of the website are inaccessible
unless you supply individually identifiable and verifiable information, such as
your User ID / Membership Number and Password / PIN.
We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol – an industry standard for
encryption over the Internet, to protect the Data. When you type in sensitive
information such as credit card details, it will be automatically converted
into codes before being securely dispatched over the Internet.
Provision of Information to Others
DIGIPRINT does not provide information supplied by users to any third
parties, except where law or other governmental authority otherwise requires.

we are not responsible. These websites may send their own cookies to you, and
may collect information and use it in a way inconsistent with our Privacy
Policy. Unless DIGIPRINT explicitly states otherwise, such references in no way

DIGIPRINT may alter, update or otherwise change this Privacy Policy at any
time. Any such changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the
